General Terms and Conditions

This is an English translation for your convenience. The German version is legally binding.

1. Scope and operator

These terms govern the use of all rooms and facilities operated by Studio34. By booking, entering or using the rooms, visitors accept these terms as binding.

Law: Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Studio34 (Lenzburg).

2. Booking and availability

Bookings: Reservations are made exclusively by email or WhatsApp.
Rooms: 4 rooms: changing room (optional), lounge and 2 playrooms

3. House rules and conduct

House rules: Studio34 exercises unrestricted domiciliary rights.
Exclusion: Staff are entitled to exclude persons from use without giving reasons if this is deemed necessary to ensure safety, hygiene or operational interests.
Respect: Visitors undertake to treat other guests and all equipment with respect and responsibility.
Prohibited acts: The following are strictly prohibited:
- Sexual acts in exchange for payment (commercial prostitution).
- Unlawful or criminal acts of any kind.
- Bringing weapons, illegal drugs or dangerous objects.

4. Hygiene and equipment

Own responsibility: Use of the rooms and the items provided (furniture, equipment, toys) is at your own risk.
Cleanliness: Studio34 ensures the cleaning and disinfection of the items provided to the best of its knowledge and belief.
Warranty: However, complete freedom from health risks cannot be guaranteed.

5. Disclaimer of liability

Studio34 accepts no liability for:

Damage to health: Injuries or health impairments resulting from staying in or using the rooms/items.
Substances: Damage or consequences resulting from the consumption of alcohol or other substances. Consumption is at the visitors' sole responsibility.
Property: Loss of or damage to personal belongings (e.g. clothing, valuables).
Limitation: The liability of Studio34 is limited to damage demonstrably caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
